Lac Blanc Day Hike
Not yet safety-verifiedThe signature day hike from Chamonix. Take the La Flégère cable car to 1,877 m, then ascend ~475 m to Lac Blanc (2,352 m) in the Aiguilles Rouges Nature Reserve. The lake reflects Mont Blanc and the full Aiguilles chain on calm mornings. Refuge du Lac Blanc operates July-September. Wild camping prohibited in the reserve.
